Books and Resources for the Parts of Us That Are Still Healing

This is a small collection of books to help you understand your emotional world with a little more clarity, compassion, and honesty.
Much of what you will find here grows from my work as a psychologist, my own lived experience, and the stories people have trusted me with over the years. These are not resources that promise to fix your life or ask you to heal more quickly. They are meant to sit beside you as you make sense of grief, trauma, relationships, shame, emotional pain, and the parts of yourself that once learned to survive.
Every purchase also supports the wider work I do, including the mental health social enterprise iash.sg I run, helping me continue creating accessible mental health writing, resources, and community projects. Thank you for being here, and for supporting this work.
