Depression is a gremlin that crawls into you and takes over your mind.
It makes you feel absolutely worthless, incapable, and then makes you feel guilty for feeling that way. It rolls a veil over your eyes, making anything positive in your life or in your future seem myopic.

If Depression is intruding into your life, or in the life of someone you know, seek some help. Here you'll find information on how to recognise it, how to support someone suffering from it, and some strategies that have been shown to help.
