DEPRESSION
Depression is a gremlin that crawls into you and takes over your mind.
It makes you feel absolutely worthless, incapable, and then makes you feel guilty for feeling that way. It rolls a veil over your eyes, making anything positive in your life or in your future seem myopic.
You can't "brave" yourself through depression. The longer you experience it, the more it takes a hold of you. You've been brave long enough. Don't go at it alone.
