When does Personality become a Personality Disorder?
Personality Disorders are rigid and inflexible ways of thinking and behaving. When aspects of your personality has consistently and frequently been causing you distress or to the people around you, it might be due to a Personality Disorder.
There are actually three clusters of Personality Disorders:
Type A) Odd, Eccentric thinking and behaviours.
Type B) Dramatic, overly emotional and unpredictable.
Type C) Anxious and fearful thoughts and behaviours.
